When I research for a trip, I check a few things. One is to look for world heritage sites in the area. You’d be surprised some of the little gems you will find. I also look at the calendar for other events at the same time. My wife and I once checked into a hotel and found that there was a huge rock concert that night in the hotel is completely filled with drunk people for the concert. Research for the ideal experience.
Look for my world heritage site to icon when considering wonders of the world. They are usually worth to visit when you’re in the area.
People usually always consider the weather for events and travel but I always try to consider is the moon phase for the area I’m traveling to. Full moon is good sometimes and no moon sometimes. It’s a lot more predictable than the weather.
